Atty. Masurong is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Lawyer whose professional expertise bridges the fields of accounting, public finance, and legal practice. She earned her undergraduate degree in Accountancy from Ateneo de Davao University, after which she passed the CPA licensure examination. She later pursued legal studies at Notre Dame University – College of Law, where she earned her law degree and subsequently became a member of the Philippine Bar.

She began her career in government service, where she developed a strong foundation in government accounting systems, fiscal controls, and regulatory compliance. She also assumed progressive roles in the Regional Government of BARMM, allowing her to take part in regional budget preparation, policy planning, and public expenditure management.

Atty. Alican B. Karim is a Juris Doctor graduate of Notre Dame University and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in January 2025. He is a commissioned Notary Public in the City of Cotabato and the Province of Maguindanao.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy degree from Notre Dame University in 2017, providing him with a strong foundation in critical thinking, ethics, and legal reasoning. Atty. Karim is a proud Iranun from Buldon, Maguindanao del Norte, and remains deeply rooted in his community and cultural heritage.

He is a General Partner of Furqan Law Firm, where he is committed to providing accessible, principled, and client-centered legal services, particularly in advancing justice and the rule of law in the Bangsamoro and Mindanao region.

Atty. Santos is a General Partner and a member of the Philippine Bar, admitted on January 24, 2025. She is a graduate of Notre Dame University where she earned her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology. She is a commissioned Notary Public for Cotabato City and Maguindanao.

Atty. Santos proudly comes from a Maguindanaon tribe, allowing her to better understand the culture, values, and concerns of the Bangsamoro people. She can communicate and understand effectively in English, Filipino (Tagalog), Bisaya, and Maguindanaon, making her legal services more accessible and client-friendly. With her background in both law and accounting, she is committed to providing clear, practical, and trustworthy legal assistance to the community she serves.
